no soa record

Still having problems with plesk, says that i have no soa record. even though i have set the dns settings! phoned plesk made tickets but no one seems to help
 
Hi!

Make sure you have at least one NS record in the DNS zone of the domain on Plesk and your DNS zone is set to primary.
 
yeh all the settings are correct, i traced it down to my isp blocking ports!
