Issue No SSH, FTP and POP connection

Dear all,

Recently I cannot connect to FTP (connection time), I cannot receive emails from POP3 and I cannot connect to my server with SSH. In this particular case I got this message:

I would like to know if that can be due to the Enhance Security mode ON. If it does, what can I do to fix it?
