Non-informative bounce message is sent to sender if recepient's mailbox is full

Can someone from Parallels please tell us, when this over one year old hotfix will be integrated in the latest releases? Today we upgraded a test server to 9.5.4 and we still get the bogus bounce message "Message can't be delivered" when a mailbox is full!

No Feedback from Parallels? Come on guys, we pay 10k $ per year and are not willing to pay for a support ticket to get simple questions like this answered...
