Resolved Noob question: Centralized Login to see licenses, what URL?

Sorry about the basic question. We manage three Plesk servers for clients. A few months ago by hook or crook I stumbled upon a centralized system to manage these Plesk instances. By some more effort I was able to link these Plesk instances to a central panel.

The problem is it's a few months later and I can't for the life of me remember the URL to manage these Plesk servers centrally. Would someone be so kind to remind me?

I've tried googling, but it's really hard.
