Issue Not able to create subdomain

Hello,

When I want to create a subdomaine I have this error

Error: phpinimng failed: invoke-rc.d: initscript plesk-php70-fpm, action "status" failed.
invoke-rc.d: initscript plesk-php70-fpm, action "status" failed.
Service plesk-php70-fpm is down after attempt to start it

The subdomain that I want to create doesn't exist in :
/var/www/vhosts/system
/etc/php5/fpm/pool.d/
/opt/plesk/php/7.0/etc/php-fpm.d/

As I am a newbie, please help me. What should I do?
