I searched this forum as well as googled the error below and couldn't find this exact problem/solution:
failure: Connected_to_xx.xx.xx.xx_but_greeting_failed./Remote_host_said:_relaylock:_Error:_MIGRATION_STORAGE_D_not_defined/I'm_not_going_to_try_again;_this_message_has_been_in_the_queue_too_long./

We can pop the email accounts just fine. Any ideas?
 
OK, glad I wasn't the only one who was stumped. Found the answer anyway: my psa.conf file was missing the line "MIGRATION_STORAGE_D /usr/local/psa/PMM/archives"
Once I added this and restarted psa I started receiving my emails.
