Not receiveing autoresponder setup through Plesk 7.5.4 for windows

We have set up the autoresponder on an email account, enabled it but when we try to send an email to this email address, we dont get the autoresponder.

Can you please provide the solution.

There seems to be no problem is setting up the autoresponder.
