not receiving emails anymore i searched the whole internet for answer but with no success

May I recommend you start by repairing your mailboxes with

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

After the respective execution, if problem persists, do let us know!

Have you looked through the mail log for possible reasons? /var/log/mail.log

I encountered exactly the same problem. After a short search I noticed that Qmail has been upgraded last night. Since we have experienced problems with Qmail updates before, I have performed the following steps to at least get mail delivery going again. In the directory /var/qmail/bin I made backups of the files qmail-remote, qmail-local and qmail-queue. In that same folder you'll find qmail-remote.moved, qmail-local.moved and qmail-queue.moved. These are the old versions of these programs. I copied them back and made sure that permissions and ownership was correct. After that I restarted qmail and mail delivery works again.

I know this is not a real solution since the problem will keep coming back with every single Qmail update. Also I would prefer to run the updated version of Qmail but the updates seem to break delivery to any local mailbox. The last time we had issues after a Qmail update I have tried to create new mailboxes but also delivery to the new mailboxes turned out to be impossible. So I'm certainly open to more permanent solutions to this problem

im still getting not emails after the command it was working but then it stopped working not receiving emails anymore
