Notification of domain with unlimited expiration

I have a server with plesk 10.1.1. I want to set all my domains with autorenewal every year (unlimited expiration), but giving my customers the possibility to cancel the domain with an explicit cancel request until 15 days before renewal. Is there any way to set notifications to customers also if the domain is set as unlimited expiration? The best will be if the customers receive a notification every year saying "your domain will be renewed on DD/MM. If you want to cancel it, send an email...".

Maybe it is task of domain registrar?

Yes, i know. But domain register send emails to me, not to my customers.
I was only trying to find a way to send mails to my customers automatically, synching the plesk expirations with domain register expiration.
