  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.59 Update #2
Hello everyone!

I'm trying to configure a scheduled task that checks my site URL and sends me a notification email if it is down. The problem is that I don't receive any emails, even with the Tools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks > Schedule a Task > Notify option set to Every time.

I've checked the /var/log/mail.error file, and this is what it shows:

Any clues on what could be happening? I'm new on Plesk, and I'm not familiar with mail server configuration; sorry in advance if this is a silly question.

The "Unknown user" mentioned in the log, it that the email address of the recipient (ie the email address you want to notifications to be send to)? It that's the cause does the domain and email address exist on the same server?
