Notifications of problem domains

Hello,

All the clients created in Plesk are receiving notifications of problem domains on a regular basis. Though we have disabled the notifications both from the server side as well as the client side, we still receive the emails. We have also checked for the presence of some Cron and could not find any cron to deliver the notification. Is there any option to disable the notifications permanently?

I have upgraded Plesk control panel to 8.01, but the problem did not disappear. Is there anybody who can provide the solution?

What kind of information is being sent to them?

Hello,

They are getting the usage reports of all the websites though the notification schedule has been disabled.
