• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Without any kind of explanation and without having made any changes apparently websites have ceased to connect with the modules, Blog, forum, gallery, shop.

There is no list of post, and the explanation of sitebuilder is that you can not connect to the module with the phrase: Error! Unable to get the data from the module.

The remaining modules also work with the same error or an internal error of sitebuilder.

Do you have anything to do with Hotfix patch-20081001?

No this is not related to mentioned patch. I can suggest you to check Sitebuilder admin Logs section for more detailed errors. You should also make sure that connection to remote FTP publication host exists and can be established with the same details as set in publishing properties section. Most probably connection is lost or modules database not proper one. Did you make any changes with publishing location or something recently?

There have been no changes of any kind, the reality is that one day, ceased to function, although it is clear that we did something or something we have not done correctly. The strange thing is not happening in all the webs, only one of them.

I have seen that is on the basis of knowledge reference to a SiteBuilder 4.5.1 update, and we do not we have it installed, from which you can download? We have not found the place of discharge.

You can install 4.5.1 patch through Sitebuilder admin CP -> Server -> Autoupdate section.
Try to install it, re-publish the entire site and check this situation one more time. Does it still appear?
