Issue nstallation of WordPress failed

Hi Dear all, Trying to install Wordpress via Plesk application return below error:

Error: The following error has occurred during the installation of application: Installation of WordPress at xxxxxx failed. The following problems with requirements were found: The app requires the mysql database server version 5.0 or later.

While mysql 5.6.33 installed for client on the server, output of command select * from DatabaseServers where type='mysql':

| 1 | localhost | 3306 | mysql | 5.6.33 | no_error |

Plesk 12.5.30 running on windows 2012

This problem may be caused by Plesk storing an incorrect MySQL server administrator password. I can suggest you follow the step mentioned in the KB aticle https://kb.plesk.com/en/116050 to resolve the issue.

I reenter the correct password for mysql in plesk panel befor. (password that I can login to mysql command line with it)
Also user able to create mysql database and manage it with phpmyadmin.
but I will try KB article

I follow article and now I have new error

Error: Unable to install the app because its installation requirements are not met. Contact your hosting provider to resolve this problem.
PHP extension
The 'mysqli' extension was not found.
Database
The app requires the mysql database server version 5.0 or later.

php_mysql.dll and php_mysqli.dll are include on php.ini
