Issue Obsidian upgrade PHP fatal error

Can you help me as I cant login to plesk

ERROR: Cannot redeclare Clue\StreamFilter\register() (previously declared in /opt/psa/admin/plib/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php:140) (functions.php:140)

produces the error :

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare Clue\StreamFilter\append() (previously declared in /opt/psa/admin/plib/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php:17) in /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/docker/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php on line 27

Ubuntu 16.04 / plesk upgraded to 18.0.23

Looks like the upgrade was not completed successfully.
Try to complete it with the following commands:

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components
# plesk repair installation

the same result. I also tried disabling ducker.

Try to re-install Docker extension.

I did, after ı typed
# plesk bin extension -u docker

I installed it , Now
"Docker version 19.03.5"
