Obtain password for clients Plesk, FTP or email accounts?

Hello,

Is it possible to obtain a clients Plesk, FTP or email account password in Plesk 12 without resetting?

I had a case today where it would have been very beneficial to have been able to log into a clients email account via webmail but I am unaware of the password.

Hi Chris1,

you should not consider such options, even if a customer asks you to do so, but rather should consider changing the password with the admin account for this user, afterwards do your administration work with the new password and continue with an information for the customer where he should change the password now, because you had to change the password for administrative reasons.
