Issue oci8 error: Call to undefined function by oci_connect() function

Hello,
In my php project I am using oracle db, linux rhel 7.9 as a server. Recently I installed oci8 package in my remote linux server but still I am getting oci_connect() error. Cloud you please suggest any solution for this error?

what am I doing wrong? How to solve this issue?
