OK what is the best way to restore

i made a backup whit plesk 7.5.1 ,

Do i upgrade to plesk 7.5.3 (to ave the new backup/restore rpm)

and after do my restore ???

or

restore directly in plesk 7.5.1 ???

You can do either as long as you remain within the 7.5.x branch. You'd probably be better restoring to 7.5.1 then upgrading to increase the chance of full compatability ... but there's a lot of bugs in 7.5.1 which have since been fixed.
