so we needed to install php5-mysqlnd and thus php5-mysql got removed.
as expected plesk still works as intended, the only problem is, whenever i want to install new packages over apt-get i get the dependency error:
psa-php5-configurator : Depends: php5-mysql but it is not going to be installed.
i know this is not a plesk problem, but rather a packet manager problem but i am still a newbie in this regard and help would be much appreciated.
