Plesk 10.1.1

Hosting clients' web sites, some with online forms included. Forms work perfectly EXCEPT: When sent to an email address the from reads "[email protected]" and SOME users ISPs reject the form result email and it disappears forever. Question: where does this "From" address come from and how do I change it? Thanks . . . Jay Johnson Appreciate any help I can get on this one.
