Resolved Only able to see Web Servers Default Page

SPECIFICATIONS
Plesk Onyx, CentOS 7, x64


PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Can only ever get see the Plesk Web Servers Default Page. The preview shows the correct index.php file.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Install Plesk Onyx on Google Cloud Platform
Point CloudFlare NS to IP for domain.
Create customer
Add domain
Upload index.php


ACTUAL RESULT
Plesk Web Servers Default Page


EXPECTED RESULT
index.php containing 'hello world'


ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a fresh install. I must be missing something REALLY obvious. Is there a good 'Getting Started Guide' detailing everything I need to know to get this setup?

RESOLVED: the default internal IP need to be set as 'shared' and then an external IP address provided.
