Resolved Onyx + Percona 5.7 or MariaDB 10.2

Hello,

We are looking to install a fresh server, but in a need for the latest and most stable DB server version. Can anyone please tell will Onyx and Debian 8.7 work with Percona 5.7 or MariaDB 10.2? Which DB server would you choose?

MariaDB 10.2

According to software requirements only 10.1 version is supported - https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/software-requirements/#s4-2-1

Which way would you go - Percona or MariaDB? We will host a heavy WordPress website with 35 plugins and many posts will be added in the future.
