Resolved Onyx wont start installation

BobClaas

Basic Pleskian
Reserved today to upgrade to Onyx, but i can't even pass the installer.

When i try to upgrade Plesk from 12.5 to Onyx it seems to be looping and going to component install.
First screen message is: "downloading installer"
Second screen message is: "installer updated"
Then repeat, first message, second message. Finally going to component install.

Afterwards its still on 12.5.30

I tried to clear the cache but no help. Also switched from stable to early adaptor to stable. No luck either.

Hi BobClaas,

could you pls. check your SOURCE - settings for us?
Did you consider as well to use the command line ( as user "root" ), using the standard command:
Code:
plesk installer
?

@BobClaas, please either use command line as suggested above (just run plesk installer in shell as root) or launch Plesk Installer web interface from Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades.

Thanks voor the suggestion. Through the shell with plesk installer it worked. Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades did not.
