open-xchange installation error

hello,
Iupdate to plesk 12.0.18

I tried to install open-xchange from application vault.

I got the following error message:
Fehler: Die Installation von Open-Xchange ist fehlgeschlagen. Non-zero exit status returned by script. Output stream: 'Creating OX context user_30 Not Found Failed to create OX context user_30: Not Found '. Error stream: 'Creating OX context user_30 Not Found Failed to create OX context user_30: Not Found '.

the following properties I made:
public ox website: http://ox.mydomain.de
ox installation server: myip


Any idea what could be wrong?

It seems that you downloaded OX using APS external link (apsstandard.org) and imported to Plesk application vault.
Apps present in apsstandard.org is not only availed for Plesk, but also for Parallels Automation products. So, let me notify you that OX is for POA product.

I did not download ox.

I updated my Plesk to version 12.
Then I saw it in application vault und tried to install it.
