Issue OpenSSL CURL 56 ongoing error

Server operating system version

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.55_build1800230919.07 os_Ubuntu 22.04

This error occurs when trying to set up WHMCS to connect with Enom for domain registrations.

CURL Error: 56 - OpenSSL SSL_read: error:0A000126:SSL routines::unexpected eof while reading, errno 0

I've read everything I could find and seems like this is well known with no solutions.

Please tell/show me a solution?!?
