OSCommerce - App PAck

We purchased the App Pack for 8.0.1 / Unix with OSCommerce. It continues to give error messages and plesk support has not been able to resolve it.

The site application requires the resources, which are not currently available.

PHP version The component version on the server does not satisfy the site application's requirements. == 4.x.x 5.0.4-10.5

Any suggestions ?

I think it is trying to say you don't have the right version of php on your system. I *think* it is implying that you have php 5 and the application pack knows that you need php4 for the version that is in the application pack.

I don't know which version of osCommerce is currently in the application pack, but osCommerce itself has only recently been updated to work with php5 and mysql5. Please also note that if you do download the latest version direct in the zip from the osCommerce website there are several bugs to correct manually. Look in the news and announcements section of the forum, locate the topic on the latest Milestone 2 release, and read through everything.
