Our website which is hosted on hostgator is not working showing error of

HTTP Error 500.31 - Failed to load ASP.NET Core runtime​

Hello,

This does not seem like a plesk related issue.
But be sure to check that ASP.NET is actually installed, all required components like core runtime.
