Forwarded to devs out of office / max number of outgoing mail

TomBoB

Regular Pleskian
TITLE:
out of office / max number of outgoing mail control
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
CentOS Linux 7.6.1810 (Core)‬
Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.8.11 Update #66,
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
out of office cannot be enabled with admin adjusted higher number of max outgoing mail messages
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
server wide max outgoing mails per email of 100. [server wide max outgoing mails per domain is 250]
clients are allowed to enter their own, lower, value.
Only the server admin is allowed to set a higher value.
Set a value of 200 for a specific email address. (which is still lower then the server wide limit for a domain or subscription)

log in as client into control panel.
go to mail, the email address with the admin-adjusted higher then standard max outgoing mail connections, fill in required fields and turn on auto-reply.
ACTUAL RESULT:
error message: The value must be in the range 0..[server wide specification]. Only the Plesk administrator can adjust this setting.
EXPECTED RESULT:
no error message. allow auto-reply for the email address using the admin-adjusted higher then server wide outgoing max email connections.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- cannot create an email alias for an email with an admin-adjusted higher then serverwide outgoing max mail either.
- cannot set up mail forwarding either
- cannot adjust spam filter settings either
seems the whole internal workings of an email address setup is ignoring the possibility of a admin-adjusted higher then serverwide outgoing max mail allowance.
YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM:
Confirm bug
