Outgoing email problem: Emails not associated with any email address

VojkanC

Basic Pleskian
I've just experienced very strange thing.
I can't send emails and this is the message I received:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Lorem ipsum
Sent: 23.12.2015 11:03 (CET)

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

[email protected] on 23.12.2015 11:04
554 5.7.0 Your message could not be sent. The limit on the
number of allowed outgoing messages was exceeded. Try again later.

When I log into Outgoing Mail Control I get following results:
Attempts to exceed limits
How many objects attempted to exceed their limits on outgoing email messages during the reporting period.
mail.png
Email addresses / No attempts to exceed limits
domain.png
Domains / No attempts to exceed limits
subs.png
Subscription / 1 subscriptions exceed limits

When I go to Subscription tab this is what I see:
Outgoing_Mail_Control_Subscription_Plesk_12.png

but when I go to Email Addresses Tab I see this:
Outgoing_Mail_Control_Email_addresses_Plesk.png

As you can see, no email account is accounted for sending messages on Dec 23, 2015.
How can this be?

How can I find out what's going on?
Isn't it logical that every email sent must originate from a email account?

Interesting how no one is interested enough to post to this page.

I've fixed the problem by disabling SendMail.
Instructions:
In Outgoing Mail Control / Subscription / General / Change Limit / Sendmail usage policy /
Default server-wide settings (Sendmail is allowed) - This option was selected
Custom settings for the subscription - I switched to this option
Allow using Sendmail for scripts and users on this subscription - I unchecked this option
Scripts and users will be able to send email messages (on behalf of the subscription's system user) by using Sendmail even if the limits for a mailbox and domain are exceeded. The maximum number of messages that can be sent through Sendmail will be defined by the limit for an entire subscription.

Hi,
It looks like some PHP script is sending messages from this subscription.
Like in previous post you can change this configuration.
