Outlook cannot connect into our server

we have many clients with same issue,

when they try to connect into outlook they get a msg like this (print).
none of all them has the same issue, but a few of them.
when i restart all email services things works, but 30" later come back again,

any light?

Hi hardbrasil,

please include your current server operating system, the current used Plesk version ( incl. MU ), mail - logs and depending configuration files, so that investigations ( and possible suggestions ) are not shots out of the blue.

Even if you describe your issue clearly with words, we can only guess what's happening on your server, which is a very time investing hobby. ^^

smtp connection is very, very slow

hello fellas.
The issue was into out datacenter. for some reason they are blockling our customers and preventing them to access smtp trough outlook.
