Hello everyone,
I have a problem with a customer whose domain is managed by you. Thus also the email traffic. The customer used Outlook 2016 and currently has Office365. The customer has this problem with both Office versions. For every email with an attachment, the emails are duplicated after synchronization. It can happen that the same email is in the outbox 15 times, sometimes the recipient receives the email several times. What is the problem? Can you help me?
