Overriding php 5.3 values in 10.2

LLongo

New Pleskian
I install update to 10.2 by plesk web updater from 10.1 clear install, and them php 5.3 also web installer

I´m running php as cgi/fastcgi because i´m unable to switch to module of Apache.
I don´t see selector near "php safe mode" in hosting settings. I've tryed to switch in "plan settings" and "save & sync" but is still working as Cgi/Fast.
Also the "safe mode check box " dont work

I copy general php.ini to .../domain.com/conf/php.ini and customize but is not read.
php_admin_... in vhost.conf go to wrong configuration.
values in .htaccess, with classic syntax or ini-style have wrong configuration

I can override some setting in file .user.ini in document root. But directives who aren't PHP_INI_PERDIR or PHP_INI_USER can´t be overriden

Any suggestion?
