Issue Package Update Manger - PUM Error

Monolith-Colletiv

New Pleskian
Hello,

since 3 days I get this error on two different Server both are on

OS: ‪Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS‬
Product: Plesk Onyx
Version 17.8.11 Update #49

Code:
Grund: 2019-04-16 03:17:04 INFO: pum is called with arguments: ['--list', '--repo-info', '--json']
2019-04-16 03:17:07 ERROR:
2019-04-16 03:17:07 ERROR: Exited with returncode 1.

I tried
Code:
atp-get upgrade && apt-get update -y

Like the KB said and another thread, it ran through without any errors.
The GUI Package Manager says everything is up to date, the Servers are working without any errors, but I keep getting these Mails every Night and like to solve it.

Anyone got an Idea?

Try to comment the only uncommented line in the file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mod-pagespeed.list and then run

# plesk sbin pum --check

I do have the same problem for some days:

Plesk Onyx v17.8.11_build1708180301.19
Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS

Code:
Grund: 2019-04-17 06:27:12 INFO: pum is called with arguments: ['--list', '--repo-info', '--json']
2019-04-17 06:29:18 ERROR: E:Failed to fetch http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/xenial-updates/main/binary-i386/Packages Could not open file /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/de.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_xenial-updates_main_binary-i386_Packages.xz - open (13: Permission denied) [IP: 141.30.62.22 80], E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
2019-04-17 06:29:18 ERROR: Exited with returncode 1.

@IgorG there is no file you mentioned above.

Looks like the url wich he is trying to fetch is wrong.
Its missing ".xz" i guess.

According to some site refreshing the list cache with the following command:
rm -r /var/lib/apt/lists

then run update & upgrade
should solve the issue.

pum check worked without Errors, but doesn't this interfere with mod page speed being updated? And how the hell did you know that I was using mod-pagespeed?
