Resolved package updating failed

I tried updating packages on plesk but i keep getting this error.. any clues how to fix this? Can i simply update the packages from commandline or is within plesk updater the best way and wil updating in command line give me issues?

Or perhaps someone can tell me how to fix this error

i updated using yum update and now everything is up to date.. still wondering what caused the error above
