Page can not be displayed

Our Sitebuilder users are facing trouble, when they browse their website after two or three pages its start given error "the page can not be displayed"

pressing CTRL + F5 twice can bring the page but the error appears again...all sitebuilder sites are facing this problem.

We have increased the php memory limit 16 to 128 MB but no luck.

Its an REDHAT 5 EL 64BIT Edition and Plesk 8.6box, all Sitebuilder patches are installed.

Old version of ionCube on published server could be the reason for this.
