Page Sets problem

New Pleskian
running Sitebuilder 4.5 on Rhel 5

we use administrator account login, changed Interface language for english.
then look System > Server > Page Sets , but "Title"、"Pages" not shown in English, but other Chinese

how do i set that can display in english for Sitebuilder
