Question Page Speed Fail2ban Plesk

Can not run Google pageSpeed, Fail2ban in plesk, prevents scanning site,

Lighthouse returned error: FAILED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST.

if i disable fail2ban it works, do you have a solution
