Panel Certificate Problem

spaceout

Basic Pleskian
I'm trying to secure my Plesk panel with a renewed certificate and it doesn't seem to be working...or I'm doing something wrong.

I've been renewing this certificate for years and I've never had a problem in the past. I go to Tools & Settings > SSL Certificates and update the appropriate certificate files. Then I use the checkbox next to the certificate and click on the "Secure Plesk" button. The page appears to reload, but nothing happens and the certificate being used is still the old one.

Running Plesk 12.0.18 Update #68.

I've looked in the Plesk logs and I don't see anything happening at all.

Any ideas what's going on or where I should be looking?
