panel version has been updated to MU#38 before published???

As you can see in the attached file, my panel version has been updated to MU#38, althoug last published MU is #37!!!

Since then I have been experiencing serious problems with email processing and settings

My questions are:
- is it a mistake of parallels or is it a hack ???

SUPPOSING IT WAS PARALLELS MISTAKE:
- is it possible to know it?
- where can I find information about changes done?

SUPPOSING THE SERVER HAS BEEN HACKED VIA MU UPDATE:
- how is it possible??
- is there any way to identify what changes have been made?
- how can I "tell" the system that his version is not MU#38, in order to receive MU#38 when it is published in the future?

I have now seen that, althoug it is not published in the "Release Notes for Updates Issued for Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0 for Linux Systems", this release update has been published in the knowledge database as "Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 MU#38"

So I close this thread and open another with the problems after this MU update.
