Parallels Installer not Respond

Dear Plesk Team, I have started the Parallels Plesk Panel update to 10.4.4 Version. The process has worked correctly until the line 'Installing package psa-mail-driver-common-10.13.4-cos5.build1013111102.18.x86_64' installation was stopped.

I have been waiting 4 hours and the process does not advance. What I can do to not lose anything?. The instalation is via Web. Attached the last lines of the installation:

Any useful information from /tmp/autoinstaller3.log ?

Yes, I opened autoinstaller3.log and shows errors loading the XML. Stopped here.

I restarted the System and I installed with the installer via SSH.
The Plesk System Uptated correctly. Thank you.
