We got this error via email.

Subject: Parallels Panel key update deferral notification

Unable to update . An error occurred while processing your key. You can try updating it later.

How do we fix the problem?

Parallels Panel key update deferral notification can be received in case key cannot be upgraded due to connection failure with the Key Authority server.

Thank you for your kind suggestion. I saw that KB but on the page it said

Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x for Linux
Parallels Plesk Panel 9.x for Linux/Unix

Mine is Plesk 11 for Windows.

So I decided to post here.
Do you confirm that this KB also applies to Plesk 11 for Windows? If so, I will try to run the PHP file.

You can check connection with Key Administrator server from your Plesk server at least.
