We have publish support of CentOS/RedHat 6.3 for 10.4.4/11.0.9 today (announce will be a little bit late )
so there should be no troubles with Plesk update.

I think, yes, because there is update for php, 5.3.3-3 will be updated to 5.3.3-14.
