parallels plesk plugin installation error #42S22

Whenever I try to install Worldpress plugin in Parallels Plesk 11.5 I get the Following error

Error: Installation of WordPress at http://example.com/wordpress failed. ODBC
error #42S22: [MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver][mysqld-5.5.24-0ubuntu0.12.04.1]Unknown
column'T100253344.app_id' in 'where clause'

that didn't happen before I upgrade Plesk.
