"Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam" licence bought but wont activate

Hi,

I bought from my hosting service provider a Antispam licence Thinking that it was for "Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam", i updated the licence number in the system settings, but when i try to activate the module here is what i get :
Wich means in french "the licence key is incorrect" and underneath in the green space : "activated successfully"
If i refresh the window :
The warning means : "Protection: inactive, some errors prevent the service from starting"

From there, postfix is broken until i go remove the milter entry in /etc/postfix/main.cf

So if this is not a "Parallels premium outgoing antispam" licence that i bought, what have i bought? You'll tell me to ask the res-seller (OVH), well that's exactly what i did, and their answer was "you bought an outgoing antispam licence".

So my question is : how do i get it working?
