• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam - running but not working

DagO

New Pleskian
Hi,

after several clients of mine got infected by a trojan horse and used my Debian6/Plesk 11 (latest MU) as a spamming server, I choose to install Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam

First, I got a license
2nd I installed via webIF
and configured.

The service says "running", almost a day now. But the graphs show "no data to display" and the sum of all scanned mails of the last 24h is: 0
What am I doing wrong?

This spam is driving me crazy...

I searched the forums a while and found this thread (especially the linked post):

http://forum.parallels.com/showpost.php?p=678744&postcount=6

All mentioned lines from the maillog - they simply do not exist on my system.
If it's a matter: I use qmail.

Information:
The service seem to start probaly:

But after several hours of working: nothing shows up in the logs:
root@power ~ # grep ctasd /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
root@power ~ # egrep "ctasd|ASVOD" /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog | grep SenderID

The service seems to work:
root@power ~ # /etc/init.d/ctasd_initd status
Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam is running.
