Parallels Premiun Outgoing antispam module does nothing!

Dear all,
recently we purchased the Plesk's premiun outgoing anti-spam module. 5 days now it has recorded only 10 outgoing mails ....while something more than 35000 mails (spam ofcoarse) got out from our server. The result: Our host provider blocked us! The module did nothing at all!!! Any idea what might have gone wrong??

Yes , it seems that the OA module records outgoing mails from physical mail addresses but not from php scripts.
