Password Change

Dear All

Currently we have two VPS one windows one linux, for both VPS we are unable to change the password using > My Profile > Change password. After each successful password change, the password would still be the previous and not the newly changed password. Does anyone know how to resolve this ? Kindly advice.

- Linux VPS is running on Virtuzzo with plesk 10.4.4
- Windows VPS is running on Hyper-V with plesk 10.4.4
