Password encryption

Hi,

I need to perform some automated and masive actions, like retrieving or changing passwords to users, but I see in the database that the password has some kind of encryption, does anybody know if there is a way to decrypt the password???

It is impossible to decrypt Sitebuilder passwords from the database.
