Password protect backup?

Can I password protect the backup file somhow? Because I send it over to my home using regular FTP and I think this is not a very secure way to do with sensitive data. I searched and I can not believe that Plesk wouldn't have it's backup password protected. Or am I missing something?

Actually at the time there is no any password protections available for Plesk backups. Possibly it will be implemented in future Plesk versions. It seems you should send feature request to Plesk development using Support Ticket system.
