Password Rules

Is there any way to set-up password rules for all passwords on the plesk system? I would like to have plesk generate strong paswords or disallow weak passwords.

I think plesk will do a dictionary check on passwords for smtp and pop3. Is there a way to make that feature work for ftp, plesk domain management, etc?

Does anyone know if it is possible to implement the RSA secure ID to login to plesk?
