In plesk 12.5, Ubuntu 14.04 I want to enable all without courier but if I run

plesk sbin pci_compliance_resolver --disable courier

I get error

plesk sbin pci_compliance_resolver --disable courier
Usage: pci_compliance_resolver [--enable|--disable]

SERVICES:
panel Applying patches for sw-cp-server.
apache Applying patches for apache server.
courier Applying patches for courier-imap.
dovecot Applying patches for dovecot.

It is known bug (https://kb.odin.com/en/127568) and we are working on it. Now you can only use it for all services with

# plesk sbin pci_compliance_resolver --disable

or

# plesk sbin pci_compliance_resolver --enable

Replace the file pci_compliance_resolver in /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/ directory with a copy from attachment.
